Free Horse Racing Form Ratings at horseracing.co.uk

We provide free horse racing form ratings for over 25,000 racehorses running in the UK and Ireland, covering Flat, All-Weather and National Hunt (Chase & Hurdles) racing.

Ratings will typically be published on a weekly basis and, when time allows, we will provide midweek updates and selected ratings for the days racing.

The ratings are computer generated using code and algorithms which have been exclusively developed over the last 4-5 years.

An initial classification is allotted to each race result which is then further adjusted to take into account race times and prior and subsequent form. As such, the ratings are dynamic and will change as form lines evolve.

If you wish to see which horses have the highest ratings for the current season, and for past seasons from 2023 onwards, visit our Top Rated Horses pages.

As part of our analysis, we also identify the race conditions (Going & Distance) where each horse has ran up to its best form and similarly the type of course (Orientation & Type - Galloping or Specialist) that appears to best suit. This information is provided as part of our service.

The ratings, which are free and available to download, can be used to supplement your own evaluation of horse racing form, or perhaps as the basis for developing your own handicap ratings.
